Vacating person must inform one month in advance. Advance will not be refunded without prior notice.

No outsiders allowed inside. Violation leads to immediate eviction without refund.

Maintain cleanliness of your room and all common areas. Premises should be clean and neat at all times.

Rent and advance must be paid only to the management number. Payment to any other person is not acceptable.

All residents must follow the rules and cooperate for a peaceful living environment.

Any damage to property or furniture is chargeable to the respective resident.

Management decision is final in all matters.
